It was months ago that I attend a birthday party from someone that I know. I just remembered it again it's because I encountered again the present that she got. And until now I'm still clueless about that ITIL v3 ebooks. Actually when I attend the party, she got one of those ebooks as a present for her. She looks very happy when she saw the present, though I saw it but still I don't know what's the for. I want to ask her about that thing but I keep forgetting, LOL. I guess I'm just getting old that I keep forgetting some things. Well, next time I see her again, I make sure that I can ask her about this thing.

It's been a while now that I've been in my dutch course but still I didn't feel that there's love in this language. My mind is trying to embrace it but my heart refused it, so it's annoying sometimes that both mind and heart doesn't synchronize for what I want. I admit, if this dutch course is not really compulsory for me, then I wouldn't let myself enrolled in this dutch course. But seems like I'm forced to do it just because it's a must for me. Though I learned already some dutch words but there still no sparkle or their still no sign that I enjoy it when I used it. I appreciate that I understand some dutch conversation but there's no excitement at all. So sometimes I said it to my husband, even when time comes that I live here in NL for more than 10 years or so. Still I prefer to use English rather than dutch language.

Cycling with my bro-in-law

As I posted here before, my bro-in-law and I did some cycling last week. We cycled from home to Haagse bos (forest) and we kept on cycling until we reach Wassenaar. Wassenaar is a place where most rich people live. So we cycled there to watch some houses and to explore the place. Actually, going there was still okay, I still enjoyed it but when we're on the way back home, I was like phewwww. I start feeling tired, so I cycled so slow already. I didn't care it anymore that my bro-in-law was too far from me. Besides I know that he will not leave me alone, so when he knew that I'm totally behind, then he took a break and wait for me.

Tomorrow, my bro-in-law is free from his work. So we are planning to do some cycling together. I just hope that the weather is nice tomorrow, then I can cycle again. We are planning to go back to Haagse bos (forest) again. It's nice to cycle there because it's so quiet and it feels so good with all the trees around and a pond.

Yesterday, hubby and I did our first cycling together. The plan was to cycle only here in the neighborhood because I'm not so good enough yet. I'm still afraid to cycle on the normal cycling lane. So we kept turning around here in the neighborhood and we even reach in the centrum. So when we're done, we came back home but still I'm not contented. So hubby asked me if I want to cycle on the way to Haagse bos (forest). I started to gain some guts in cycling already, so without hesitation I said yes. So from home we cycle again on the way to the forest. And we didn't notice that we cycle already for 2.5 hours. It was fun, I enjoyed it so much and I'm happy that finally I made it. So I'm looking forward for our next cycling together *wink*.

I talked to one of my sisters and she kept complaining to me about the power black out that they experience lately. It annoyed her because she finds it so hassleto manage their store in the dark. Though she used a small lamp but still it's different if there's a normal light. So it makes me wonder why she used a small lamp, all I know she has a small emergency light that gave many light. And she told me that it's broken already because it fell again. I was there when it fell for the first time but luckily in that time, a small part still can be fix using the sikaflex. Sikaflex is a sealant designed to seal porous surfaces like concrete, as well as metal, plastic and glass. Maybe the second time it fell, there some important parts that were missing which cause to malfunction.

Hubby and I are in the mood of gaming and we didn't notice that we played for long already. Upon checking the time now, it's past 12 midnight already, phewww. Since I'm done with my game already, so I wait until hubby is done too. At this moment, he is still busy with his adventure game. He is waiting that he can reach to the saving point. So while waiting for him, I grab the chance to do some online surfing. I've been to many online shops and there's something that caught my attention. And like always it's a pair of shoes again, LOL. For sure when hubby knows this, then he will say to me again, "how many pairs of shoes you have already hon?" and I just reply a smile. I just like this new pair of shoes and sending is free because I have coupon codes.

Lately, hubby and I together with my bro-in-law were into new movies. I guess 4-5 consecutive Sundays already that we keep going to the cinema. It's just coincidence that every week there's a new movie that we like to watch. And just this morning, we watched movie again entitled "The Avengers". I guess it's the last nice movie that we watch this time and probably third week of May, we watch again the upcoming new movie in the cinema.

For the whole week I keep thinking about my new bicycle. I was a bit stress and confuse which one I will take, either a folded bicycle or a normal bicycle. So yesterday, I went to the bicycle store where hubby made an advance reservation money for the folded bicycle that I like. I used to like that because that's the bicycle that I often used during my bicycle lesson at the buurthuis. But when my teacher encourage me to try the normal bicycle, I realized that it's much better and comfy to use. After that day, I started to doubt already if I continue taking the folded bicycle. I asked hubby if it's possible to change but he wasn't sure about it. So I went to the store yesterday and explain it and luckily it's okay.

After that, I walked around in the shopping center and just enjoying my window shopping alone. I went in and out in almost every store even in a store that sells some garden stuff. I don't have a garden but sometimes it's nice to watch some garden stuffs, who knows maybe in the future I can have a small garden, then I want to buy some stuff there like reel mower. I just find that thing so handy to cut your grass. Well, to know more about the mower, you can check reel mower reviews.

I'm so excited that soon I can have my first bicycle ever, LOL. Well, we used to have it when I was still in the Philippines but I never got a chance or let's say I never had interest on learning how to cycle. But never I imagine that after many years, I would be living in the other side of the world where most people use bicycle as their private transportation. So I feel jealous that I couldn't cycle, so I decided to enroll myself in a bicycle lesson. Almost 10 sessions that I've been there and there's a big progress already *wink*. I can cycle already and it feels so great.

Therefore, hubby decide to buy a new bicycle for me. In fact, last weekend we had been to the bicycle store and made half payment of the folded bicycle that I like. After few days, my mind suddenly change and I want a bicycle with big wheels. So now I'm confused which one I will take it. Tomorrow we are going to the store again to pick up my bicycle and still I don't have any final decision which one. I like that small folded bicycle because I can bring it when we go on vacation here in NL. While the big one, I also like it haaaa...oh my, I'm totally confused. Can I have both hon? haaaaaaaaa....

I rather used computer than watching TV. I watch TV but it's not like I can watch it for long hours. It's not just here in NL but even when I was still in the Philippines. I watch only TV if there something that I like. So if hubby is not home the whole day, it means that the TV is off also the whole than spending time on TV, at least when I use computer, I can do a lot of things that I want. I even can watch my own TV channel in the Philippines because I have TFC, I can play some games and I can manage my blogs and many more. But anyway, two or three days ago hubby was very tired so he fell asleep while watching a movie on TV. While me, I do multitasking blogging, surfing at the same time watching the movie on TV. I'm just curious about the movie because the man undergo day. The TV will be on only when hubby came home from work. So that's the time I watch TV also, but the rest of the day I use computer. Hubby sometimes tease me that I'm a computer junky LOL, but I just laugh with it. I just like to use computer electrosurgery. Group of young men

I was in the KFC a week ago and there I saw a group of young men. They were very noisy and even laugh so loud. It's annoying because it looks like they owned the place, for sure other people that sit close to them they felt annoyed too. Since my dutch is not so good enough, therefore, I can't understand the entire conversation that they had. All I know they were talking about some music and some kind of musical instrument that they play. One man mention about Hipshot Tuners and everyone gave some compliment about it. I was clueless about that and when I check it through the net, then it's a music related too.

I thought that when springtime comes, then I would be enjoying the sun already but I was wrong. Lately, it's mostly bad and cold weather that I experience here in NL. I sometimes complain because I'm getting tired already keep wearing a lot of clothes and thick jacket. I just miss the Philippine weather, I just miss wearing only thin clothing and no jacket at all. I hope that Mr. Sun will shine so bright soon. Even it's still cold weather, I still see some people sitting outside at the cafe. Before I wonder if they didn't feel cold sitting outside but I didn't notice that the cafe have some gas fire pit that will warm up the customers. That's a very useful thing especially in this kind of weather.

This coming Saturday, hubby and I will attend the 12th year wedding anniversary of his colleague. The venue of the event is at the Scheveningen beach. Luckily, it's not so far from home, I guess just few minutes drive, then we are there already. I just hope it's a nice weather in that time or else it's so cold, brrrr... Anyway, we are confused about what we give to the couple as our gift to their anniversary. I have no idea at all and hubby too. Though we talked about the gift already for weeks and until now we still never have a final decision. One of my suggestions is to give them a gift card envelopes, so I just wait until Friday if hubby will make it as a final gift to them.

Yup! I'm baking a chocolate cake and a dozen of muffins. In fact, I just finished it and just let it cool down. I taste one of my muffins and it tasted yummy. Tomorrow I bring two or three muffins at school as my snacks during our break time. And of course with matching Sisi orange juice pack, LOL. That's my standard drink every time I go to school. Well, there's some free drinks at school like coffee, cappuccino, choco milk and etc.. but I prefer my own Sisi juice.

One of my assignment in my dutch lesson is to write a paragraph about "My dream house". Well, it's an easy assignment if I write it in English language but that's not the meaning why my teacher gave this assignment. She asked us to write about our dream house in a dutch language, phewww. And by tomorrow, we need to read our assignment in front of the class. So I just see later what I can write about my dream house but one thing is sure, I want to have a swimming pool in front of my house, LOL. Well, it's just a dream house, it means anything we want or like is possible in our dream. Dreaming is unlimited and it's always free.

A bunch of red roses

April 6, 2012 - Hubby came home with a bunch of red roses. My first reaction was wow! I'm surprised at the same time speechless because I'm thinking for something. I'm wondering why he bought flowers for me, is there any occasion or so, LOL. And after an hour of thinking, I just remembered why he bought some flowers for me. Just to reminisce the day that he proposed to marry me way back 4 years ago. I feel so embarrassed that I forgot it, but luckily I bought dried mango for him on that day, haaa. So it's my simple but sweet present that makes his stomach and heart happy *wink*. Well, it's just nice to remember the proposal date but we give more credit to spend a special celebration on our wedding anniversary.

Hubby and I are planning to visit Keukenhof this weekend. The Keukenhof is a huge flower park where you can see a variety of flowers especially tulips. It opens annually for just a few months with some theme that gives exciting to all the visitors.

Anyway it will be my third times to be there and still I'm excited to see the flower park again. Not every year that I want to visit the park or else it becomes boring already for me. So for the past two years we skip and this year we will be there again. We are just waiting for the perfect time that most of the flowers are open already. Of course, watching those flowers are the most exciting part but if I'm there and the flowers are still not open, then I guess it's so boring. So I just wait for the go signal from hubby and zoeffff.... Keukenhof, here wecome! haaaa.

Officially 4 months

It's officially 4 months now since I join the dutch language course. So far, I notice some progress of my dutch language, I can understand already if some people explain something to me. Though not the entire explanation but some of it. And I can also communicate a bit using some simple dutch words. At least there some improvement for all the time that I spend at school.

Apparently, I have four classes in all, three for the language class and one for my bicycle lesson. So my weekdays are overloaded in the morning and only Tuesday that I have some class in the afternoon. Well, I give so much time in going to school, so I want to see in the future the fruit of my labor *wink*. I cross my fingers that in the future I can reach my goal. As of now, I just want to enjoy my school and full blast in searching for job when my dutch language is already okay.

Dinner with two men @ Sumo

Last Saturday, I had a nice dinner at the Sumo restaurant here in Den Haag centrum. I was with two men such as my husband and brother-in-law. So the three of us went home with a big round belly, LOL. We were just too full for all the foods that we ate. So for months, we don't go to Sumo but try some other restaurants.

The Sumo restaurant offers a lot of yummy foods, no wonder that they have many customers even though they allowed maximum of two hours dinner only. We just love sushi!!!
