I considered myself as a smart shopper because I shop when the stores offer a great discount already. I'm just practical because I don't want to spend a lot for shopping and for just a few weeks, then I see the item I bought is already discounted. Though sometimes I buy it in an exact amount but it's not as often, I still have patience to wait the discount time. I enjoy it a lot when sale season comes because I can easy hop in and out in every store and go home with something that I like *wink*. In my size, oftentimes I can avail discount, so I love it.
